Technologies
PRP Technologies holds two production patents and two application patents.
The granulation and drying devices employed in the manufacturing process are specific to PRP Technologies and patented at European level. PRP SOL is thus supplied in granular form, appreciated by growers for its ideal spreading qualities, as measured by the public research body Cemagref and the main fertiliser spreader manufacturers.
Controls and traceability
PRP Technologies applies standard risk identification and prevention methods (HACCP), and provides complete traceability from the purchase of raw materials to customer deliveries (as per European standard EC 95/69 of 22/12/1995 – Ministerial Order of 28/02/2000). The business has authorisation number : FR 56-024-02.
Environment and sefety
Out of concern for its environmental footprint, PRP Technologies monitors the evolution of its manufacturing process to limit use of fossil energies. Waste packaging is collected within the Soveea/Adivalor recycling network in France. Product Harmlessness is validated using standardised eco-toxicity and oral toxicity tests by approved laboratories. Finally, PRP Technologies products can be used in organic agriculture, in accordance with the EC regulation 2092/91 revised 24 June 1991.
